Janet went above and beyond for us, and as much as I'd like to take that personally, my husband and I could tell this is just her standard for her clients. She anticipated our needs and I can't imagine what it would have been like going through this process without her in our corner.

There is no way to express my profound appreciation for everything that Janet did for me. I gave her an impossible list of desires for a first home and she definitely delivered. She never gave up and fought for me tooth and nail. The home buying process is so stressful, but Janet does everything in her power to make it a good experience.

The magnitude of this estate sale was above and beyond my comprehension. I felt I had the weight of the world on my shoulders but Janet took that weight and put it on her shoulders. Thank God for Janet Powers. Janet stood by me from the beginning, from helping me with funeral arrangements to accompany me to the main office to help me arrange my brothers burial. Janet went with me to the registry of wills, mortgage company, credit union, etc.… She was very efficient, always had all her ducks in a row. Whenever someone asked for documents, she knew right where to retrieve them from her folder always very efficient. My brothers home was in disarray, but Janet knew what to do, she contacted and contracted companies to redo the wood floors, paint the entire inside of the house and new carpet and other odd jobs that needed attended to. Mrs. Powers rolled up her sleeves and literally clean the bathrooms, kitchen and windows, she even brought her own personal things from her home to stage this home to look nicer and more welcoming. When all was said and done, it look like a model home and because of Janets expertise and hard work this home sold first day on market ! I couldn't have done this without her. Janet Powers went above and beyond what should have been a normal process for our settlement. Not only did she get my house sold in 5 days but had to deal with the buyers reality co and settlement co over constant errors and delays on their part, and still they did not get everything right as we had more problems after the settltment that they were negligent in sending my copies and failed to reimburse my mortgage co the correct payoff. I commend Janet for keeping a look out on my behalf and following up on the process with little or no cooperation from the other side. Janet recently sold a house for us in the Cloverfields neighborhood of Stevensville on Kent Island and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She is cheerful and enthusiastic and working with her was a joy. Janet was diligent about keeping us apprised of the market and comparable homes for sale so we could accurately price our home. She was knowledgeable and realistic about what should and could be done within our timeframe and budget to make the house as marketable as possible. Janet was very hands on and was not afraid to roll up her sleeves and help with painting, pulling weeds, and even opening the pool! She was just as invested in selling our home as we were. She brought in her own decorations to stage the house so it showed beautifully. Because of Janet's hard work, we had multiple offers on the house only 2 days after it was listed for sale and 1 day after the Open House.
